As an Indian-owned enterprise, ADC assists prime contractors in meeting the small, disadvantaged business enterprise (S/DBE) subcontracting goals on Department of Defense (DoD) contracts and on other public sector client contracts. (FAR 52.226-1) The Indian Incentive Program provides payment to the prime contractor of five (5%) percent on amounts subcontracted to a tribally owned organization or Indian-owned economics enterprise when authorized under the terms of the contract.
